The Sympathetic nervous system

  • Your brain goes into survival tunnel vision

It’s brilliant in real danger.
But when it runs too long, connection disappears. You don’t respond — you react. This is biology.

Parasympathetic

The Parasympathetic Nervous System

Rest-and-Digest system.
It slows things down and helps your body feel safe again.

When this system is active:

  • Breathing deepens

  • Heart rate slows
